Harrison Truck Centers has completed the acquisition of Westman Freightliner, a heavy- and medium-duty truck dealership group with operations in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Westman Freightliner operates four full-service dealerships in Mankato, Faribault, Fairmont and Marshall, Minnesota, offering Freightliner, Fuso and Autocar-branded trucks. With this acquisition Harrison Truck Centers - owned and operated by President and CEO Brian Harrison, COO Chad Harrison and CFO Dustin Petersen - has increased the total number of its full-service dealerships to seven in Iowa and Minnesota. As part of the acquisition, Harrison Truck Centers has also acquired Westman parts locations, operating as ProMaxx Truck Parts, located in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
