PAR Technology's board of directors has chosen Sammon to succeed Casciano as the firm's president and CEO, at the start of the New Year.
"I'm grateful that the board has confidence in my ability to lead the company in this next phase of our growth," says Sammon.
Besides her role as the firm's next CEO, Sammon will retain her present position as president of ParTech, Inc.
Sammon spoke with CNYBJ on Nov. 23. The company announced the CEO transition in a news release issued Nov. 17.
