Home Federal Bancorp Inc. of Louisiana disclosed that its board appointed James Barlow to serve as president and CEO and named him the sole principal executive officer of the Shreveport, La.-based company. Barlow has been president and COO of the company and president and CEO of its unit, Home Federal Bank, since January 2013.
Daniel Herndon, who was previously co-principal executive officer with Barlow, will continue to serve as executive chairman of the board.
Memphis, Tenn.-based Triumph Bank, a unit of Triumph Bancshares Inc., named Britin Boatright executive vice president and chief banking officer. Boatright, who joined Triumph Bank Jan. 1, will also serve as chief lending officer, according to the bank's website.
Boatright was previously with Nashville, Tenn.-based FirstBank, a unit of First South Bancorp Inc., where he served as Nashville-area bank president.
FCB Financial Holdings Inc., the parent of Weston, Fla.-based Florida Community Bank NA, appointed Jennifer Simons to serve as CFO, effective March 1. She assumes the post from Paul Burner, who has been CFO since July 2012 and will continue with the company as finance director.
Simons joined FCB Financial Holdings as chief accounting officer in 2014 and was promoted to deputy CFO in July 2015.
Pine Bluff, Ark.-based Simmons First National Corp. disclosed that on Jan. 15, David Bartlett retired as president and chief banking officer of the company and as director of the company and Simmons First National Bank.
