RubinBrown merges in The Business Manager
Details: Top 100 Firm RubinBrown has merged in The Business Manager, expanding the firm's outsourced accounting services in Denver.
The Business Manager started in 1996 as a one-person accounting and bookkeeping shop and has since added five employees. The firm specializes in outsourced accounting for small businesses.
As part of the deal, The Business Manager's founder and leader, Debbi Warden, will become a partner in Rubin- Brown's Entrepreneurial Services Group. She has more than 25 years of accounting, business and management experience. In addition to Warden, five staffaccountants and associates of The Business Manager will also join RubinBrown. RubinBrown's Denver office now has 97 total employees, including 49 CPAs.
Eide Bailly merges in R. Waidler & Associates
Details: Boulder firm R. Waidler & Associates PC has joined Top 100 firm Eide Bailly LLP, effective February 1.
As part of the deal, R. Waidler & Associates president Rick Waidler and his team will join Eide Bailly's Boulder office, expanding its presence in Colorado to 177 people in five offices across the state.
Waidler will be working closely with other professionals in Eide Bailly's Boulder office, advising clients and providing services such as cost segregation studies, international tax services, wealth management, technology consulting and transaction services.

Sassetti merges in Brennan & Brosnan
Details: Sassetti LLC has merged in Brennan & Brosnan LLC in Naperville, expanding Sassetti's accounting, auditing and tax practice in the suburbs of Chicago. As a result of the deal, Sassetti will add seven new employees, including two partners, Margaret Brennan and Betsy Brosnan. Sassetti, based in Oak Park, plans to maintain Brennan & Brosnan's office in Naperville. Sassetti has 25 people, including five partners.
Brennan & Brosnan, founded in 1994, specializes in serving the tax and business advisory needs of entrepreneurial businesses and owners in the Naperville area. Sassetti LLC dates back to 1921 and provides accounting, audit, tax and advisory services to middle-market businesses, both closely held and publicly traded, not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans and individuals.
The merger deal was brokered by Bob Lewis of the Visionary Group.
This is the first merger for Sassetti.
