In the recent few years, two distinct technologies were proposed to automatically carry out an assigned task and web content distribution. These technologies are agent technology and Semantic Web. In agent technology, the agent is to perform their specific task without any interfere of external sources and Semantic Web provides the semantics of data to machine. The development and reuse of agent based Semantic Web applications are the difficult for people, which are outside of research community. This paper lies in the convergence of the two technologies and provides the agent based Semantic Web framework, in which Semantic Web applications can be organized and developed. We present the generalized architecture of agent based Semantic Web framework and their features accordance with Semantic Web perspective in this paper.
