Abstract

NHS trusts in England are taking action to improve after a parliamentary and health service ombudsman's report revealed examples of poor nursing care, including a low standard of record keeping. More than 100 complaints made in February and March this year are published in the document, designed to show how NHS failures can affect individuals.
