Abstract

Moral standing refers to the determination of those who are to be protected by moral norms and practices. Reflecting on the zombie films, McBain examines whether it is morally acceptable to kill a zombie given the degree to which the zombie has moral standing. Among other things, he describes the characteristics of a moral patient.
