Penton's EquipmentWatch, a provider of data, software and insights for the heavy equipment industry, has launched the EquipmentWatch Verification mobile app. It enables field appraisers, dealers, fleet managers and others working in the secondary equipment markets to verify serial numbers and VINs right from their phone.
