CHUCK NORRIS SIGNS A 6-MOVIE CONTRACT

Chuck Norris, whose martial arts films have rung the box-office bells for three years, has signed with Cannon Films to star in six movies in the next three years.

Norris' film Missing in Action, released in 1984, has earned more than $26 million. The prequel, Missing in Action 2: The Beginning, has pulled in more than $8 million since its release March 1.

Norris' next assignment for Cannon will be Invasion U.S.A., first of the new six-film contract.
