According to the abstract* posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization: "[Problem] To propose an image processing device, an image processing method, and an image processing system with which it is possible to determine a cut-out region in a manner that is adaptive to changes in the detected position of the same object between frame images from different photographing times. [Solution] An image processing device that is provided with: a first region setting unit that sets a first region, which contains the detected position of an object, within a cut-out region in a first frame image; and a cut-out region determination unit that determines a cut-out region in a second frame image, which comes after the first frame image, on the basis of the positional relationship between the first region and the detected position of the object in the second frame image."
