The implication of the research for the management of the organization is that management should take psychological capital as a tool to imbibe creativity and innovativeness among their employees and develop it to foster a climate where employees can show creativity and innovative behaviour in their organization.
Key Words: Psychological capital, innovat behaviour, self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resiliency.
