Automatic Data Processing (ADP) is one of the largest payroll and tax filing processors in the world, serving over 1.1 million clients and pay more than 42 million workers in approximately 140 countries and territories. Employer services (payroll services, benefits administration, talent management, HR management, workforce management, compliance services, insurance services and retirement services) account for majority of the company's sales, and its PEO (Professional Employer Organization) services are provided through ADP TotalSource. Other offerings include HR management, benefits administration, payroll, background checking services. The US accounts for about 90% of the company's revenue.
