With the rapid development of CAD technology, Information technology that is based on internet, multi-media and artificial intelligence is widely used in construction design field. (Computer Supported Cooperative Work,CSCW)has lead the revolution of construction design fields in many ways. It is being used in today's construction field. This article shows you how computerized collaborate platform provides a collaborative framework for today's construction design. By analyzing the mistakes or problems that are inevitably made by human-computer interacting working pattern, we provide a human-human interacting working pattern. The system parallel performance is improved by adopting OjbectARX to co-design of embedded development on AutoCAD platform, as well as high-level programming technique DLL and COM. Both C/S and B/S work together in one system to implement co-operative work in architectural design. It gives the design team an enchanced experience in coordination and collaboration. This working pattern improves the working effiency, ensures the design quality, integrate resources, shorten the design life cycle. Most importantly, it increases the competitive ability in today's market. The achievements of this article have already been put into TADI (Tianjin Architecture Design Institute)'s design management. The design institute makes use of the CDMP(Cooperative Design Management Platform) to meet the objectives of resource sharing and to improve the design quality and efficiency. This platform strengthen the coordination, cooperation and management interrelation of design team and realize the integration of design schedule control, design process and design program management.
