Mankind has already followed the times of information. Various of information relying on quickly developing technique of calculator and network play more and more important role in all kinds of areas of the national economy. With the continued rapid development of China's economy, especially after China's accession to the WTO, various foundations and industrial facilities has entered a period of rapid development. Construction projects as early pioneers of the design industry, in order to adapt to the rapid and efficient survival field, the demand for computer information technology becomes increasingly urgent. Although management information systems have been years of rapid development, but the realization of management system in the design field is only in recent years. Various major software providers and system development capabilities are under way to develop large-scale design institutes for the design industry application design management system. It is on the background conditions, starting from the actual demand of the ability to have state-of integrated design units- Bengang design and research institute, discussed the design flow management system building. From the natural profile, computer hardware and network line, design processes, to design management system needs to of Bengang design and research institute, in object-oriented software platform for the future-oriented relations background and modern large database platform, based on workflow design concepts, using advanced and efficient B/S (browser / server) structure, This article achieves the design enterprise information management system.
