Housing is the important carrier of developing circular economy and building a conservation-oriented society.There is really a big task of residential construction during the time of building well-off society in an all-around way. Housing Industrialization is a significant measure to promote development of Chinese Housing Industry. The realization of the Housing Industrialization will improve the quality of housing products, meet people's demand for domestic products, optimize the allocation of resources, improve the efficiency of domestic production, and economic efficiency.Housing Industrialization was put forward long before 1990s in our China. But after nearly twenty years' development, Chinese Housing Industrialization has still held a relatively low level and it's still in a slow process. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the chief difficulties that exist in the process of it through the analysis and the study, and to explore measures to promote the development of Housing Industrialization.Firstly, the thesis explained the conception and contents of Housing Industrialization. Secondly, this thesis elaborated the necessities of the realization of Housing Industrialization in China. And then, as the market taken as the core, the involved main body of Housing Industrialization was divided into three parts: the government, housing industry-related enterprises and consumers. The thesis applied cost-return theory, transit-cost theory of microeconomics and industry economics to analyze the character of Housing Industrialization development and which stage that Chinese Housing Industrialization was in. Finally, based on those, the thesis provided some appropriate response for these problems
