Order processing system is an important subsystem of enterprises' ERP system. Order processing system contacts the enterprise with customers. Along with the competition between enterprises continuously develop, customers not only require companies to deliver the goods on schedule, but also require delivery time as short as enterprise can. Enterprises now are faced with pressure to improve order processing system, shorten delivery deadline, and to improve the service quality. But, customers' such demands require enterprises to invest more manpower into order processing system, and also increasing the production costs of enterprises which due to knock-down of enterprises' profits. Therefore, how to configure the number of order processing staff in order processing system which not only can improve customer's satisfaction, but also would not damage the enterprise the academic and corporate profits becomes the key problems of academia and enterprises. Firstly, expound the research situation of queuing theory. And then, present the research status of queuing system's optimization. Aimed at the influence of the number of stuffs brought to the order processing system, we analyze the system by molding. According to enterprise's previous order data information, using statistics testing method to research the distributing disciplinarian of the arrival of order and the manage time. And analyze the characteristics of the system, based on the queuing theory of M/M/n, the order processing system queuing optimization model. Then, based on the characteristics: the average waiting time, the average waiting line, the probability of disengagement of system to discuss the relationship of the number of staff and the characteristics given above. According to the cost of order processing system, optimize the number of staff of system by optimize function based on the cost. Give the emulator model of M/M/n, and analyze the result of the emulator to indicate the veracity of the optimized arithmetic and the queuing model. Finally, the optimized queuing model is validated with the optimized queuing system's simulation. The optimization of order processing system aimed to strengthen the enterprise to customer's order responses and to improve customer's satisfaction and enterprise's competitiveness. Based on queuing theory and the order processing system optimization algorithm, accurately describes the characteristics of the system, effectively expresses the relationship between the number of staff of order processing system and cost of the system, and then give the optimized result. Simulate the parameters of the system and the optimized system validates the validity of the optimization algorithm which can provide enterprise's management and decision makers with scientific and reasonable theory
