The fee system of Higher education makes educational justice an important problem. As an important component part in the system of educational financial aid, work-study program begin to attract the attentions of higher education researchers. Meanwhile, college students are very interested in intramural work-study program. Although, there are lots of faults and deficiencies which are needed be repaired in existing work-study program. In this thesis, we will summarize the interrelated research findings, and then use the questionnaire- questionnaire survey about intramural work-study program of Guangzhou college students, which was compiled by myself to inquiry and research the sample of 600 students of Sun Yat-sen University and Guangdong University of Finance. After that, we will take it as a basis to infer the situation of Guangzhou work-study program and propose some practical advice and tactics in order to improve and conduct the situation of existing work-study program of Guangzhou. There are 6 chapters in the whole thesis including introduction, summarization, history and theory basis of work-study program, the current situation of work-study program, countermeasure and suggestion to the current situation of work-study program and summary and recollect of the whole thesis. The paper presents the background, purpose, meaning, directed concepts and methods in the preface. And then, introduce the development history and theory basis of intramural work-study program. The paper has found some problems of the intramural work-study program through the investigation and analysis of the survey results, for example, the system of poor student maintainability is not so completely, the quantity and quality of the intramural work-study program posts and so on. So in chapter 5, the writer presents some suggestions to resolve the existing problems, such as complete the system of the poor student maintainability, tap the potential of school work-study, updating ideas and strengthening the education of
