Defeating her nearest rival independent candidate by a margin of 2297 in the recently concluded state assembly election, winning candidate of Kangpokpi AC, MLA Nemcha Kipgen confidently asserted that BJP government will come in the state and changes will definitely follow.
Speaking to media at the DC office complex after receiving her election certificate from the returning officer concerned, Nemcha said Kangpokpi will be a model district and developmental work will be taken up from the grass root level.
