Abstract
O presente estudo analisa as formas pelas quais as relações sociais em Arranjos de empresas visando estratégias relacionais para a criação de conhecimento. A partir daí, propõe-se um quadro conceitual de estudo que permita analisar a gestão estratégica destas relações de diferentes formas de redes interorganizacionais. Dentre as hipóteses levantadas, está que o poder dos atores é influenciado pela centralidade na rede e da diversidade das relações extra rede dos atores; o ator ou a governança da rede podem influir no poder deste; que as conexões são recursos raros; que as relações entre atores próximos demandam menos recursos e geram menor vantagem competitiva. This study examines the ways in which the social relations in clusters are seeking for business strategy to create knowledge. From there, it proposes a conceptual framework of study for analyzing the strategic management of these relations of different forms of interorganizational networks. Among the hypotheses is that the power of actors is influenced by the centrality in the network and the diversity of relationships outside the network of actors, the actor or the governance of the network can influence the power of this, which connections are scarce resources, the close relations between actors require fewer resources and generate less competitive advantage.
