Korean Film Archive Blu-ray Collection
ITH ITS REGION-FREE BLU-RAY RELEASES OF RESTORED classics, the Korean Film Archive continues to set a shining example among archival institutions. Spanning decades, the films are like a carnival ride through Korean cinema that keeps returning you to the same place: the '60s were all gothic gloom where everyone wound up dead; the '70s were all youthful rebellion where everyone wound up dead; and while the '80s were more free-spirited and lively, everyone still wound up dead.
