NORFOLK, Va. (NNS) -- Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA) Rear Adm. Rick Ruehe presented a $3,750 check to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) Feb. 2 at Naval Station Norfolk's Fleet and Family Support Center.
