Relationship management company Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG) said on Wednesday that telecoms provider O2 UK has upgraded its Intervoice Media Exchange solution to support the visual voicemail service used by its Apple iPhone subscribers.

Relationship management company Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG) said on Wednesday that telecoms provider O2 UK has upgraded its Intervoice Media Exchange solution to support the visual voicemail service used by its Apple iPhone subscribers.
The upgrade contract includes hardware, software and professional services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Media Exchange is an IP-based multimodal, multi-media communications platform that enables operators to offer subscribers personalisation, voice-navigated messaging, video, web and WAP access from a single subscriber mailbox.
