Abstract

Two groups were compared, group A, with successful DKP management and group B, where the baby was delivered or was an intrauterine fetal death (IUFD) during treatment. The chi square test was used to compare the 2 groups in relation to the possible risk factors or significant differences in presentation. Antenatal diabetes screening, patient education and adherence to insulin regimen may prevent many cases.
