A 43-year-old woman developed anaphylactic shock during treatment with dexketoprofen-trometamol [Arveles].
The woman, who had a history of urological stone disease, was admitted to the emergency department due to a right flank pain. Subsequently, she was diagnosed with renal colic. Thereafter, she was transferred to the observation unit and IV infusion of dexketoprofen-trometamol 50mg at a 10 minute was administered for the pain management.
