ShopRite of Country Pointe in Plainview is celebrating a grand opening, and adding jobs at its new location.
Located at 1675 Old Country Road, the 68,000-square-foot supermarket is the retail anchor for Country Pointe Plainview, a development with plans for both housing and retail shops. ShopRite has already enjoyed a loyal following in Plainview.
The shop is owned and operated by the Greenfield family, third- and fourth-generation grocers who own four additional Long Island ShopRites.
