San Jose-The biggest names in the computing business will announce a major computer-telephony integration (CTI) pact Monday that could mean increased sales for the channel.
Hewlett-Packard Co., Nortel Networks, Microsoft Corp. and Intel Corp. are joining to develop a "unified messaging and communications server," VARBusiness has learned.
