CompuAdd Computer Corp. last week introduced an extensive line of 486-based PCs, most of which will include a CD-ROM drive.
The 47 new Centura models are part of the Austin, Texas-based company's recent efforts to get out of the storefront retailing business and focus instead on its direct marketing operations.
The product announcement is the company's largest rollout since its founding 11 years ago, a company spokesman said.
