Abstract

Today is possible to a shift in the mentality of government of the educational system and how it should deliver to the labour market 'competent' subjects, trained according to its requirements which contribute to the economic development of nations. The article tends to analyse the process of government of the relation between education and work from the point of view of the types of knowledges and pedagogic practices that constitute as legitimate. In this sense it is required the study and conceptualization of the new forms of recontextualization of official knowledge to be transmitted in the educational systems, in relation with the 'world of work'. It is also elaborated how is the process of pedagogization in organizational and curricular formats, the criteria used to distributed that knowledge in the different segments of the educational systems; as well as the type of pedagogic identities that are constructed, in the context of the labour and socio-political identities of collective and invididual subjects.
