Bill Siewert has joined the bank as an assistant vice president and loan officer. He previously served for 12 years with Community First Bank & Trust and its predecessor, Citizens First State Bank. For the past five years, Siewert was a commercial loan officer in the bank's Hartford City office, prior to which he managed the Montpelier office of Citizens First State Bank for three years. Before entering the field of banking, Siewert spent 21 years working in agriculture-related businesses, including three years as executive director of the A.S.C.S. office in Delaware County and five years as a lending officer for Farm Credit Services, Muncie. He is a graduate of Purdue University.

Thomas N. Mills has joined the bank as senior vice president of commercial lending. He has 17 years of corporate lending experience. Prior to joining First Federal, Mills served in the banking industry in die Fort Wayne, Indianapolis and West Central Indiana markets. He earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Butler University.

Evansville
Len Devaisher has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial lending group manager. He joined the bank in 2000 as a commercial lender in Evansville and Indianapolis. Devaisher earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Evansville.
James R. Hawkins has joined the bank as residential appraisal manager, assistant vice president. He previously worked for Resource LLC-Partner, an appraisal firm, and for Huntington National Bank of Indiana as chief appraiser. Hawkins is a graduate of Purdue University.
Man Murphy has been promoted to customer service representative III. He most recently worked as a loan originator. Prior to joining bank, he worked with Bloomington Hospital as a surgical technologist, at Macri's Deli as a manager and at Brentlinger Distributing as a sales representative. Murphy attended Vincennes and Indiana universities.

Scott Green has been appointed vice president, business banking officer. He has 26 years of banking experience, with more than 21 years in commercial lending. Green is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and of the Michigan School of Business Administration for Advanced Financial Analysis for Commercial Lending.
