BP subsidiary asks FERC to revisit Cove Point LNG contract dispute

BP Energy Co. asked the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to rehear a decision that allowed Statoil Natural Gas LLC to give up contracted services at Dominion Energy Inc.'s Cove Point LNG import terminal but not allow BP Energy to do the same, after the commission stood by its reasoning in response to a court order that called on FERC to explain the discrepancy.
