Lowdown: Mike Vigna, an eight-year veteran of the information technology staffing industry, joined Fort Lauderdale-based VEXcorp to offer videoconferencing services to businesses in the Orlando area.
VEXcorp has set up some 40 locations across the country under the name VEXpro, and also aims to install and service in-office videoconferencing systems for companies, especially medical and legal businesses.
Q When you talk about videoconferencing, do you find that the folks you're talking to have had some experience with it?
A Most, if they did, have been negative, or they quit some time ago.
Q How were the experiences negative?
