'In my view some aspects of Mr Offland's article (in Glass Age August issue) require correction.
Our decision to focus much effort on soft-coat DGU's is a long- term strategic decision made in the interests of Solaglas. It is true that for processors there are some additional manufacturing techniques to be mastered to ensure a quality product - that is why we started early and committed much time and investment to getting it right.
