Following a wave of negative publicity that led to the cancellation of a September lecture by Livermorc psychic lrma Slagc. the Siockion-San Joaquin County (Calif.) Public Library has rescheduled the program at its Ripon branch for November 10. Library Director Natalie Rencher had called off the lecture after many people, including Mayor Chuck Winn. questioned its appropriateness.
