Byers says one of the strengths of Helvey & Associates is its independently-owned status at a time when most other providers in the collection industry have merged into large nationally-owned companies. Helvey & Associates works to manage receivables within nine industries, the largest of which includes health care/medical, utilities and banking/financial clients.
