Last year was a banner year for Media Blasters, the New York-based publisher who scored a huge hit with the release of Nickeleodeon's "Invader Zim" property.
Some industry insiders interpreted this success as a possible motivation for Media Blasters to switch gears away from anime, despite the fact that the company had just released "Berserk" and "Twelve Kingdoms," two blockbuster anime hits.
