DREAM A LITTLE TEAM
From 1015 Folsom to Ruby Skye to The Endup, San Francisco is a city where people love to dance and DJs love to play. Although the city hosts its share of globe-trotting hot-shot DJs from around the world, San Franciscans love their home team. Online club-culture publication Nitevibe.com endeavored to find the measure of that adoration by asking its 40,000 subscribers to name their favorite DJs. From more than 120 nominees, an esteemed party of 10 emerged as the Nitevibe DreamTeam. Led by Mark Farina, Miguel Migs and Ellen Ferrato, the DreamTeam took over San Francisco's legendary Fillmore on Jan. 15, 2003, for the First Annual Top 10 DJ Showcase. Playing to a packed house, these hometown heroes proved without a doubt that the people of San Francisco need look no further than the city limits to sate their club lust.
