ROSEMONT - Three Philadelphia-area financial firms are forming a venture fund that, among other things, is meant to give individual investors a way to participate in expansionstage deals.
Called King Street Ventures, the fund will be a joint venture between TDH Private Equity Management Co., Philadelphia investment bank Howard Lawson & Co. and Summit Bank of Princeton. It will be based in TDH's office here and run by TDH Partner Stephen W. Harris, Howard Lawson Partner Michael A. Cuneo and Lennart Hagegard, a private investor and former chair of the Pennsylvania Private In vestors Group.
The fund is the latest in a succession of new ventures forming in the region to take advantage of a growing number of promising companies in various industries. In a
