Kendall Stewart was named executive vice president and CFO of Manning, S.C.-based Bank of Clarendon, according to Manning Live.
Stewart will succeed W. Louis Griffith, who is set to retire Jan. 26, 2018. Stewart most recently was CFO at Carolina Premier Bank.

Township of Washington, N.J.-based Oritani Bank appointed Kurt Breitenstein as its next chief lending officer.
Breitenstein, who works in commercial lending, replaces Thomas Guinan, who is retiring Jan. 2, 2018, as executive vice president and chief lending officer of Oritani Financial Corp. and the bank.

West Michigan Community Bank of Hudsonville named Michael Skinner senior vice president and Grand Rapids market manager, the Grand Rapids (Mich.) Business Journal reported.
Skinner was senior vice president and chief lending officer at Muskegon, Mich.-based Community Shores Bank, a unit of Community Shores Bank Corp.

Caruthersville, Mo.-based First State Bank and Trust Co. Inc., a unit of First State Bancorp Inc., promoted Community Bank President Matthew Drake to president and CEO, KFVS of Cape Girardeau, Mo., reported.
