CARNEGIE - With an eye toward future growth, Medmark Inc., a specialized pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor, will relocate to the former Family Toy Warehouse in Carnegie, where it has a long-term lease.
"We're excited about expanding," said Medmark CFO Stan Blaylock.
Medmark, which acquired Fisher's SPS, a specialized pharmacy on the North Side in October with 50 employees, will take 30,500 square feet in the 500 Noblestown Road building in late April. The buildingwhich has a total of 100,000 square feet of space, is owned by Teutonian Investments, a partnership that includes Plum developers Ben Sampson and Michael Morris.
Medmark will vacate Fisher's Perrysville Avenue space, as well as its headquarters office in Two Gateway Center, Mr. Blaylock said.
