ABSTRACT
Agriculture is science of soil utilization for plant grow and anima management for food supply and raw materials for industries production, distribution, consumption and for sustainable living and economic growth. However, the farm output in Kano state is drastically declining. Despite the higher demand for the output and effort of both government and nongovernmental organizations to grow the output and yet the issue is increasing. The objective of this paper is to propose a model for examining the mediating influence of Murabahah finance on the relationship between farm land, farm infrastructure and agricultural output in Kano State of Nigeria. This study proposes a new model that hopes to be considered and utilize by the Kano state government through the state ministry of agriculture, commerce as well as farmer's cooperatives association and financial institutions. In addition, the current paper introduces Murabahah finance as a potential mediating variable as well as new variable in the study model.

1.INTRODUCTION
Agriculture remains a key driver for sustainable life in terms of food supply, income generation and raw materials to the industries (Rasouar & Hoseeini, 2011; Tibi & Edebiri, 2015). It is also serves as a channel of supplying food and raw materials for a sustainable living as well as employment opportunities and poverty eradications. Similarly, Soil utilization for agricultural productivity remains the foundation of food security and manufacturers in a given economy (Ogunbado & Ahmed, 2015). Likewise, exploitation of land and infrastructure are considered the basic influence of the agricultural activities. In addition, farm land and farm infrastructure are regarded as machinery for agricultural growth and development (Chisasa, 2014b).
Similarly, Murphy (2015) argued that farm infrastructure consider to be a modern technology introduced in farm production with the aim of improving the production capacity. It is the facilities use to improve agricultural production and produce market through upgrading both human and material input. Similarly, farm infrastructure such as extension services, farmer education and training remain technological facilities employed to improve agriculture to the commercial level (Temu, Nyage, Mattee & Kashasha, 2013). It is serve necessary technological input employed to accelerate commercial agriculture for export in the developing countries (World Bank, 2008; Ammani, 2013; Chisasa, 2014b Agatana & Kalu, 2014).
