Effects for CBS' Reunion Special
After years of urging by fans of the TV series that ran from 1961 to 1966, show creator Carl Reiner penned a new episode of The Dick Van Dyke Show that reunited the original cast for a CBS special. The two-part Dick Van Dyke Revisited special aired earlier this month.
In the program, Dick Van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore are joined by surviving cast members Rose Marie (Sally Rogers) and Anne Guilbert (Millie Helper), along with Carl Reiner (Alan Brady), Jerry Van Dyke (Rob's brother Stacey) and Larry Mazzeo (Ritchie).
