A group called EarthAction is designing a web-based forum or 'e-Parliament'. The idea is that the world's democratically-elected legislators can engage with civil society in a collaborative search for solutions to global problems.
EarthAction is a global network of citizen groups and legislators, together with the Harvard Programme on Negotiation, the World Federation of United Nations Associations, One World Now, the Humanitarian Group for Social Development and various existing international parliamentary networks.
