Modine Employees CU members love their financial institution's old-fashioned feel-right down to the handmade curtains and the countertops that a talented board member constructed out of extra wood in his yard.
The personal attention is especially nice when they stop by to pay on a loan or perhaps borrow a few bucks for a prom dress. They like the direct deposit service as well as the variety of loan products available. They even like the newsletter that keeps them up to date about rates and services.
But, the reality is, times are changing, technology is more advanced and members want to be a part of that, too.
For starters, said President Janice Bernez, they want checking accounts. Some are asking for interactive websites as well. Still more would love the convenience of a 24-hour audio response system.
