Procom Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:PRCM), Santa Ana, Calif., a manufacturer of server appliances and pioneer in the development of network attached storage (NAS), has added video CD (VCD) storage support for its award-winning DataFORCE line of CD-caching appliances.
The addition of Video CD format support to the DataFORCE line of NAS products allows users to cache Video CD discs onto the embedded hard drives of the DataFORCE and broadcast to a variety of clients including Windows, UNIX and Macintosh.
