Supply chain planning solution keeps inventory "flat" during business growth
Situation: The supply chain manager at a major builder of networking solutions explains that their customers can't afford to have their systems down. "We have a high volume of two- and four-hour service response contracts meaning we have to have parts available throughout the world that can be accessed immediately and delivered to the customer site," he offers.
