Abstract
In Japan's 2-D graphics Animation History, the animation technique was quickly developed to enhance the efficiency of animation production by launching <Astro Boy,1963> produced by Osamu Tezuka. The Limited Animation is currently placed as presentation of production technique and Japanese animation films. This paper analyzes 2-D graphics limited animation in the body and searches the possibility of using CG(Computer Graphics) animation. In Korea, the unique culture of WEBtoon is developing and expanding the new cartoon market. Students explored an effective yet limited method to produce computer-graphics animation throughout the process of working on story-boards of WEBtoon to experience the effects and the natural connections that are thought to be important in the techniques of limited animation, including poses, movement of characters and cameras, specific effects and a seamless flow of sequences.

1. Introduction
Compared to the extent that the animation industry is developing every year, college animation education has remained in place for the past 15 years. Considering current status of latest game and animation industry, it shows reasons why they must be made into animation, presenting extremely high quality. For animated film <Big Hero 6, 2014>, It expressed fast deployment of story as well as the sophisticated storyline of the movie, and the subtle conflict among the characters that is rarely seen in film targeting children. And even though it is an animation, it has been able to achieve the location of a genre that can be implemented by utilizing a very realistic and detailed space structure, and high quality mini-bots with huge capacity of expression compared to live action films. Japanese cartoon <Gantz> was produced in 2011 as a live action film in 2011, and released a computer-graphics animation film called <Gantz : 0> in 2016. <Gantz> featuring realistic digital actors who look exactly like cartoon characters. <Rakuen Tsuihou (expelled from Paradise), 2014> that transforms the look of a 2-D graphics animation into computer-graphics animation accurately reflects cartoon sensibilities and shows why they should be made into computer-generated animation instead of film regardless of its cartoon-y expression or realistic expression.
