WildPackets Inc., Walnut, Calif., an industry leader in packet analysis software, training and support, has announced that its expert wireless network analyzer, AiroPeek NX, has been deployed for IEEE 802.11a interoperability testing at the Agilent Technologies Interoperability Certification Labs (ICL).
In addition to ICL's role of selecting products for the test beds, it also has been contracted to establish interoperability among wireless LAN vendors for Wi-Fi certification. AiroPeek has been deployed for 802.11b testing at three of Agilent Technologies labs in Europe and Asia. Their San Jose lab has begun using the expert version of the software, AiroPeek NX, for the commencement of 802.11a testing.
