Barclays Global Investors is planning to stage its first road show as part of a broader marketing campaign aimed at promoting awareness of its exchange-traded funds, iShares, among financial intermediaries. Barclays is heading out on the road show now in part because financial intermediaries have demonstrated a lack of understanding about the investments. Barclays head of intermediary sales, Victoria Klein, will lead the road show and be supported by officials from Ibbotson Associates and Dorsey Wright & Associates.
