Astound Presentation 8.0 Released in March, Astound Presentation 8.0 is the latest version of the company's multimediapresentation software. A flexible, user-friendly program, Presentation 8.0 enables authors to create a variety of static and interactive presentations for multiple types of media.
Several facets have been updated with this version. For regular presentations, the company has added new 3D slide transitions, better PowerPoint support and enhanced timeline control. Plus, Web presentations will benefit from integrated Web-- conferencing features, HTML forms and animated charts in HTML. The quiz wizard feature has also been improved, allowing the presenter to track scores to determine audience retention and content effectiveness.
