It was a year ago (min, April 14, 2008) that Gregory ended a 25-year magazine career (last stops were as Rolling Stone/Maxim publisher) to become president/network sales of Plum TV, the then-four-year old basic-cable channel with outlets in eight upscale resorts: Aspen/Martha's Vineyard/Miami Beach/Nantucket/Sun Valley/Telluride/Vail and the Hamptons. "This proved to be a smooth transition," says Gregory. "Plum gets advertisers for a targeted audience--not mass like most broadcast/cable networks--and that matched my skills perfectly. Video integration is increasingly important to so many brands these days."
